Shaheen Afridi signs with Desert Vipers for ILT20 2024 as the star Pakistani bowler has signed with Desert Vipers to play in ILT20 for 3 years.
Shaheen will feature for the first time in the 2nd edition of ILT20 in 2024 that is set to be started from January 13.
ILT20 is the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based International League T20 (ILT20) from the 2024 edition.

Pakistan Squad announced for Afghanistan Series and Asia Cup
The 2nd edition of the ILT20 is scheduled to commence in January and February of 2024.
Afridi, is currently set to play Afghanistan’s home series scheduled in Sri Lanka and the Asia Cup 2023.
Shaheen with be with Paksitan Team on Australia tour in December-January 2023-24 and after the Australia series, he is expected to join his new franchise.
In Australia tour, Pakistan team has to play two Tests against Australia as part of the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 cycle.
In the first edition of ILT20 in 2023, Azam Khan was the first ever Pakistani player to be nominated in the league however, he couldn’t get NOC from Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The Pakistani players have raised their concerns over their restriction to participate in the overseas leagues.
