What gets sent out by us
- Length of the content should be between 700 and 5000 words.
- Content That Is Completely Original: The content you submit must be completely original, in the sense that it cannot be found anywhere else online.
- Include a one-paragraph profile of yourself along with links to all of your social media accounts and promote yourself in some way.

- Images: All of the images must be in the JPG or PNG format, and they must be zipped up and placed in a single folder with the name IMAGES.
- Article Submission: Please provide your document in Microsoft Word format.
