Jack Ma’s prediction coming True about Soft Skills as he suggested to teach Soft Skills, not Knowledge to next generation a few years back.

Now, it is seeming true for the last couple of years since Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machines have started dominating humans.

Ma also predicted that the knowledge-based approach is almost 200 years old and our kids may fail in the coming years due to this outdated approach.

He stressed to adopt modern soft skills as he believed that the next generation will never be able to compete with machines until and unless they have sufficient “soft skills”.

He suggested that “Soft-skills” like independent thinking, values and team-work can only keep machine’s dominance in control and keep human-machine balance alive.

Jack Ma was giving a talk at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland a few years back when he predicted the possible boom of AI enabled machines.
