Usman Khan qualified for Olympics 2024 in Paris

Usman Khan qualified for Olympics 2024 in Paris and he will compete for Paris Olympics in horse riding competition.

This is the first time ever that a Pakistani horse rider has secured a spot in the Olympics.

Usman, an Australian-Pakistani and his horse Mairaj raised up to the minimum eligibility requirement of Paris Olympics, at a competition in Ireland.

Usman had to participate in events across Europe before qualifying in Ireland.

This will be his second consecutive Olympics participation, as he also qualified for the Tokyo Olympics but couldn’t compete due to an accident.

In the Paris Olympics, Usman will compete in various events including showjumping, cross-country, and dressage to test both the horse and rider’s horsemanship skills.

“App ko mubarak ho. Pakistan ko mubarak ho. Kamzoor ho, laikin dil mein chand sitra kie Mubahbat zindha hai [Congratulations to you. Congratulations to Pakistan. I am weak, but the love for the crescent and star lives in my heart” Usman told in a message.

Usman shared this news with the local media about his promising accomplishment and raising name of his country Pakistan.

Usman also raised his voice to motivate the authorities to release the funds to ensure strong participation in the Paris Olympics.

Usman Khan qualified for Olympics 2024 in Paris and he will compete for Paris Olympics in horse riding competition.

Usman had previously qualified for the Asian Games as well couldn’t attend the event.

Usman has moved to France in order to improve his Olympic preparation.
