Tesla downsizing up to 10% in next 3 months

Tesla to down size up to 10% as Tesla CEO Elon Musk on Tuesday reiterated that they will fire 10 per cent of the employees in next 3 months.

At the Qatar Economic Forum organised by Bloomberg, the billionaire now states that the electric car-making company will fire 10 per cent of its workforce in the next 3 months.

The job cuts will amount to about a 3.5 per cent reduction in total headcount at the company.

Tesla is an American automotive company based in Austin, Texas. The company is working on clean energy for last one decade.

The hallmark of Tesla is electric vehicles as designs and manufactures electric vehicles, battery energy storage from home to grid-scale, solar panels and solar roof tiles, and related products and services.

It had a fourth quarter of profitability. And, although some analysts question the quality of the profitability, these numbers are quite a coup. However, there are some other numbers that are not so wonderful.

Elon Musk has said that Tesla to down size up to 10% after considering the current situation of economy.

Recently, Elon has taken over Twitter and the CEO of twitter Jack Dorsey has resigned.
