Sri Lanka beats Australia in 3rd ODI as Sri Lanka defeated Australia in the last ODI match on Sunday in Colombo (RPS) played on June 19, 2022.

Australia set a target of 292 for Sri Lanka that Sri Lanka chased comfortably.

Pathum Nissanka scored unbeaten century and led Sri Lanka to an important win over Australia.

Kusal Mendis scored 87 runs and got retired hurt. Sri Lanka beats Australia comprehensively with all round performance.

Australian bowlers could not be really effective against strong and authentic batting of Sri Lankan batters.

Josh Hazlewood and Glenn Maxwell took one wicket each and rest of the bowlers couldn’t make any impact in the match.

In Australian innings, Aaron Finch Australian captain scored a fifty with a score of 62. Travis Head also scored a fifty and remained not out on 70. Alex Carey scored 49 runs.

Jeffrey Vandersay was the best bowler for Sri Lanka where he took 3 wickets. Sri Lanka beats Australia in the 3rd ODI. Maheesh Theekshana also bowled really well as he gave away just 37 runs in 10 overs with economy of 3.7.
