Share Pakistan Portal is Launched in Pakistan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with assistance of Ministry of Information Technology of Pakistan.
The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Bilawal Bhutto Zardari inaugurated the ‘Share Pakistan Portal’ App in a ceremony hosted in office of Foreign Ministry, Islamabad.
The ‘Share Pakistan Portal’ is a digital repository to improve communication and sharing between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) and Pakistan diplomatic missions all over the world.
Share Pakistan Portal is Launched in Pakistan and National Information Technology Board (NITB) played a key role in launch of the application.

It was shared that that such modern information system will help to collect the information of activities and procedures regarding diplomatic initiatives and foreign policy objectives.
In an inauguration ceremony, Bilawal told that his prime focus is to implement his ‘Change Management Initiative’. Such initiative will help to improve the ministry’s ability to effectively deliver.
To digitialize the rules, experts from MoFA and missions abroad planned to cover human resources, communication, logistics, finance, protocol, counselor and community services.
He said his ‘Change Management Initiative’ would be aimed at building a culture of work that is focused more on results and enhanced productivity, value innovation, and bringing decision-making closer to the point of delivery.
Bilawal’s ‘Change Management Initiative’ will help out in addressing and transforming the diplomatic services and respond to the new challenges and requirements of the modern world.

He also added that his ‘Change Management Initiative’ is adopted to implement seamless communication between the ministry and the country’s diplomatic missions abroad.
The said portal aims to simplify the communication and sharing of information across the board between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its diplomatic posts abroad.
This new Service portal will also help to to bring efficiency and transparency in various public diplomacy initiatives.
It will also implement paperless based digital infrastructure to cover the integration of digital technologies in both the public diplomacy strategic outreach efforts and institutions.
